These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WiFi Auto Hotspot mobile application ("App") provided by WiFi Auto Hotspot ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WiFi Auto Hotspot, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
WiFi Auto Hotspot is an Android application that automatically enables your smartphone's Wi-Fi hotspot when your device connects to a paired Bluetooth device (such as a car audio system or laptop). The App is available in two tiers:
- Free version — full core functionality, supported by in-app advertising.
- Premium subscription — all core functionality with advertisements removed.
3. Free Version and Advertising
The free version of WiFi Auto Hotspot is supported by third-party advertisements displayed within the App. These ads are served by our advertising partners and are subject to their own privacy and data policies. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these advertisements.
4. Premium Subscription
4.1 What the Subscription Includes
A Premium subscription removes all advertisements from the App. No other changes to core functionality apply — the subscription is solely an ad-free upgrade.
4.2 Pricing
Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play:
- Monthly plan: $1.00 USD per month
- Annual plan: $10.00 USD per year
Prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by country or currency as determined by Google Play.
4.3 Billing and Renewal
Your subscription is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. It automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4.4 Managing and Cancelling
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store:
Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → WiFi Auto Hotspot → Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Premium access (ad-free) until that date. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
4.5 Price Changes
We may adjust subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use of the Premium subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to it
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks associated with the App
- Use automated tools to scrape, monitor, or interact with the App
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App — including its design, code, graphics, and branding — belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be available at all times or free of errors
- Automatic hotspot activation will work on all Android devices or in all configurations
- The App will be compatible with future Android versions or device firmware updates
Hotspot functionality depends on Android system permissions, device manufacturer restrictions, and mobile carrier policies that are outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to data charges, loss of data, or device damage. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
